• Personal Aircraft Management (24/7 assigned dedicated person)

Having an aircraft with Fort Aero AOC and it’s operation under commercial EU OPS 1 rules, gives the owner a number of advantages in taxes, various operating costs, and the option to sell excess capacity to the open charter market. Our technologies and regular client base give us an opportunity to reduce your jet operation expenses by executing commercial sub charter flights for our clients and partners on your jet upon availability and agreement.

We assign a personal manager to your jet, who will personally provide 24/7 support for the individual flight orders administration. Please refer us to the person responsible for coordination of these issues at your name.

Flight administration, flight plan approval, and jet technical service scheduling correspondence and coordination in our Tallinn and Moscow offices can be executed both in English and Russian. This includes coordination of crew, flight and landing permits, flight planning, handling arrangements, catering, hotel, ground transportation, coordination between all users of the aircraft etc.

Fort Aero’s finance team can provide a full accounting package for the operation of the aircraft and can tailor it to your individual needs. Accounting includes validation and processing of invoices, VAT, TAX etc., and presenting financial reports for the aircraft activity quarterly or monthly. We offer our best financial and operational consulting and optimal payment solutions in Euro, Russian Roubles or any other currencies. In addition to your individually tailored accounting packages, reporting and expense management coordination with your financial accounting representatives are also available upon request.

The owner may choose to operate the aircraft privately. Fort Aero management team‘s core activity is Aircraft Management, which means that we are responsible for operating aircraft for companies and individuals that fly for business and personal purposes. The level of involvement can be from very limited to the complete management. As the owner and user of an aircraft, you want to be able to fly safely to your preferred destinations; you are concerned with in-flight safety, protecting your aircraft’s value, and being able to have the aircraft at your disposal when you need it. You need your flights well prepared and therefore experienced expertise is at your disposal to handle the on-going changes you may encounter, or to advise you on the general air traffic situation, weather, opening hours, technical factors, and other variables. This is always a special area of focus under professional aviation audits to ensure that rules are followed and that the flights are planned and carried out within the laws.

If you are a potential new or an experienced aircraft owner who is looking for new opportunities, a number of options need to be evaluated. Fort Aero’s management team can help you clarify the expectations and transform them into a description based on further analysis. Typical issues that need to be clarified are range, speed, special airports, cabin size, luggage volume, entertainment systems, and price. If an aircraft purchase is considered, we can perform a type analysis, which will report a comparison of the aircraft types, which are considered to match your needs. After the aircraft type selection, a detailed specification is necessary to make sure the aircraft meets your expectations and the rules of the aviation authorities. If it is a new aircraft, it is done with the manufacturer. If you are looking into a used aircraft, the specifications narrow the field of potential aircrafts on the market.

Top management of Fort Aero has long lasting relationships with financing houses and lawyers who can help to set up different company and financing structures around the aircraft ownership. We also provide advisors for amortisation, financing, TAX and VAT issues, development of financial solutions for asset management and acquisitions, and regular expense management. Top management of Alliance is well known on finance and lawyers markets. Alliance has been approved by many finance institutes and their leasing structures for aircraft operation and management.

Fort Aero has a long lasting relationship with the leading design bureaus in Italy, France and Germany. Working together with our partners we can guarantee you a professional, personal approach from the beginning of the project to its’ completion, providing your aircraft with a genuine, unique design. We also provide aircraft refurbishment services. New material and colour concepts, upholstery design, carpet design, additional enhancement, new exterior paint scheme etc.

In order to make sure that the acquired aircraft meets the specifications and your expectations, Fort Aero performs one or more pre-delivery inspections of the aircraft. Approximately two weeks prior to delivery, our Technical Manager and Quality Manager will conduct a pre-buy inspection on the delivery site to make sure that everything is in order. Approximately one week prior to delivery, we send our test pilot to perform the test flight. The aircraft will be transported to Estonia by ferry for final registration and initial stocking. The aircraft will be enrolled into all necessary service agreements, insurance pool, navigation and communication agreement as per detailed Alliance transfer plan. With Estonian CAA, we will perform the final registration and provide the Certificate of Airworthiness. This is expected to take one week, after which the aircraft is operational.
