Hawker 750: Elevating Business Aviation with Unparalleled Maintenance Excellence

Hawker 750 is a remarkable embodiment of speed, luxury, and innovation. Developed by Hawker Beechcraft, this mid-sized business jet offers the speed and take-off performance advantages of its predecessor, the Hawker 800XP, but with added features that set it apart.

Hawker 750 Design and Performance

One of the standout features of the Hawker 750 is its external baggage compartment, which replaces the ventral fuel tank found in the 800XP. This provides an impressive 32ft³ of additional baggage capacity, catering to the needs of travelers who prioritize both speed and convenience. The aircraft is powered by the same Honeywell TFE 731-5BR turbofan engines as the 800XP, ensuring consistent and reliable performance. With a capacity to carry four passengers, the Hawker 750 boasts an impressive 2,100nm (3,889km) NBAA IFR range.

Advanced Avionics

The flight deck of the Hawker 750 is equipped with the state-of-the-art Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics suite. This includes four 8in x 10in high-resolution Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Displays (AMLCD). The suite encompasses a single FMS-6000 flight management system, Enhanced Ground Proximity Warning System (EGPWS), Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS), and an Engine Indicating System (EIS). The Integrated Flight Information System (IFIS) further enhances safety and situational awareness, offering features like electronic charts, enhanced map overlays, and three-dimensional FMS mapping.

Hawker 750 Comfortable Cabin Experience

The Hawker 750 promises a luxurious cabin experience. With a height of 1.75m and a width of 1.83m, passengers can move around with ease during flight. The cabin’s versatile design allows for a variety of layouts, tailored to the tastes and requirements of individual customers. An eight-seat configuration provides a generous baggage capacity of 77.5ft³. The aircraft also features a 32ft³ external baggage compartment. For added convenience, a comprehensive refreshment center comes equipped with amenities like a cold food box, hot water, and dedicated storage for crockery and cutlery.

Hawker 750 Modern Communication Systems

Keeping passengers connected during their journey, the Hawker 750 can be fitted with the Aircell Axxess II satellite communications system from 2008 onwards. This ensures seamless communication, whether for business or leisure, even while cruising at high altitudes.

Reliable Power and Auxiliary Systems

The aircraft is powered by two Honeywell Aerospace TFE 731-5BR turbofan engines, ensuring consistent performance across varying conditions. Additionally, the Hawker 750 comes standard with a Honeywell Aerospace GTCP36-150 Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). This APU is approved for in-flight operation up to 30,000ft and provides both electrical power and air-conditioning on the ground without the need to start the main engines.

Hawker 750 Legacy and Service

The Hawker 750 was launched at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) convention in October 2006. It quickly garnered attention and orders, with companies like NetJets Aviation and NetJets Europe placing orders for multiple aircraft. The first flight took place in August 2007, and by June 2008, the aircraft entered service, marking a new chapter in the legacy of Hawker Beechcraft’s mid-sized business jets.
