New winglets, PART 145 A-Check For Nextant by Fort Aero

A-check and winglets: accomplished

Fort Aero, the Estonian business aircraft operator based in Tallinn (TLL), has finished a detailed, Part 145-compliant inspection of its Nextant 400XTi aircraft. The following tasks were completed for the Nextant 400XTi (Williams FJ44): A-check, and winglet installation.

The Nextant 400XTi received new winglets to maintain a smooth operating experience. The installed winglets use LED and strobe lights – the latest technology in lighting systems for aviation that is known for its energy efficiency. The unique design of the new winglets allows for greater durability attested through the future cycles of inspection.

The A-check of the Nextant aircraft was conducted in accordance with Part 145 requirements and was completed successfully. The regular service of the company’s aircraft is there to deliver greater situational awareness, efficiency, and performance. With the inspection routines established, Fort Aero follows the best practices for safe operations in the industry.

The fleet of Fort Aero includes Falcon 2000, Falcon 900LX, and Nextant 400XTi types of aircraft. In business aviation since 1997, Fort Aero is a global jet operator with offices in Estonia, Ukraine, and project offices in Switzerland and Hong Kong.
